본 이용약관은 nine20(이하 "개발자")이 제공하는 여행문서함 앱과 공개 커뮤니티 기능의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 커뮤니티 기능을 사용하지 마세요. 기기에 저장된 여행 문서함의 핵심 오프라인 기능은 커뮤니티 연결 없이 사용할 수 있습니다.
앱은 사용자 계정, 인앱 커뮤니티 게시, 댓글, 메시지 또는 개인 문서 업로드 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
규정, 운영 시간, 입국 요건과 예약 조건은 변경될 수 있습니다. 사용자는 항공사, 정부기관, 숙박업체 등 공식 출처에서 최신 정보를 직접 확인해야 합니다. 공개 준비팩의 완전성, 정확성 또는 특정 여행에 대한 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다.
사용자는 앱에서 공개 준비팩을 신고하고 작성자를 자신의 기기에서 차단할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 신고, 권리 침해 통지 또는 자체 검토에 따라 콘텐츠를 사전 통지 없이 숨기거나 삭제하고 작성자의 모든 콘텐츠를 제거할 수 있습니다. 상세 기준은 커뮤니티 가이드를 따릅니다.
권리자는 공개 준비팩 ID, 침해된 저작물, 권리 관계와 연락 가능한 정보를 포함해 지원 및 삭제 요청 경로로 통지할 수 있습니다. 민감한 신분증이나 여행 문서 원본은 보내지 마세요. 필요한 최소한의 확인 자료만 요청할 수 있습니다.
개발자는 보안, 정책, 비용, 유지보수 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 커뮤니티 콘텐츠나 네트워크 기능을 변경·중단할 수 있습니다. 커뮤니티 중단은 이미 로컬에 저장된 개인 여행과 문서의 사용을 막지 않습니다.
앱은 적용 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 현재 상태로 제공됩니다. 개발자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 공개 준비팩의 오류, 외부 규정 변경, 사용자의 기기·백업 관리 또는 사용자가 선택한 공유 대상 때문에 발생한 간접 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 법령상 배제할 수 없는 소비자 권리는 본 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
데이터 처리 방식은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
기능, 법령 또는 스토어 정책 변경에 따라 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 변경 시 이 페이지의 최종 업데이트 날짜를 바꿉니다.

These Terms govern the Trip Document App and its public Community features provided by nine20 (the "Developer"). If you do not agree, do not use the Community feature. The App's core offline vault remains available without the Community connection.
The App does not provide user accounts, in-app community publishing, comments, messaging, or private-document uploads.
Rules, schedules, entry requirements, and booking conditions change. Verify current information with official sources such as governments, carriers, and accommodation providers. We do not guarantee that a public pack is complete, accurate, or suitable for a specific trip.
You can report a public pack and block its creator on your device. In response to reports, rights notices, or internal review, the Developer may hide or remove content and remove all content from a creator without prior notice. See the Community Guidelines for the detailed standards.
A rights holder may use the Support and Deletion Request path and provide the public pack ID, the protected work, the basis of the rights claim, and contact details. Do not send sensitive identity or travel documents. We may request only the minimum evidence reasonably needed to review the claim.
The Developer may change or suspend Community content or network features for security, policy, cost, maintenance, or operational reasons. A Community outage does not prevent use of private trips and documents already stored on the device.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided as is. Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Developer is not responsible for indirect loss caused by public-pack errors, external rule changes, the user's device or backup management, or a sharing destination chosen by the user. Rights that cannot legally be excluded are not limited by these Terms.
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms for feature, legal, or store-policy changes. The last-updated date on this page will be revised when we do.
