The Trip Document Community provides public travel preparation
templates from approved creators. Every public pack is reviewed
before publication. The mobile App does not let anyone directly
upload content or private documents.
1. Content that may be published
General travel preparation checklists and document categories.
Destination preparation tips and non-personal examples.
Original or licensed content with verified attribution.
Accurate, current information that does not identify a person.
2. Content that may not be published
Passports, visas, bookings, tickets, QR codes, booking references,
names, contact details, addresses, dates of birth, private
documents, or other personal data.
Credentials, financial or health data, or precise personal location.
Content promoting illegality, violence, self-harm, discrimination, harassment, or dangerous conduct.
Misleading claims about immigration, visa, or safety requirements.
Content infringing copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
Spam, deceptive advertising, malware, executable files, or tracking links.
False attribution or impersonation of a creator or institution.
3. Creator and attribution standards
Creators must have the right and necessary permission to publish.
Source, creator, and permitted license must be visible in the App.
External rules and operational details should be checked against official sources.
Never submit a private document as an example or attachment.
4. Reporting
Select one of these reasons from a pack's detail screen:
Personal data.
Harmful or dangerous content.
Copyright or attribution issue.
Misleading or inaccurate information.
Other policy violation.
For details, copyright notices, or urgent removal requests, use
Support and Deletion Requests. Do not attach
a passport, booking, or other sensitive document to a report or email.
5. Blocking
Blocking a creator immediately hides that creator's packs from the
online catalog and cache on your device. The block list stays on your
device and is not sent to other users or creators.
6. Review and enforcement
Automated schema validation and operator review occur before publication.
Reports are reviewed at least weekly.
Content presenting likely personal-data exposure or immediate harm is unpublished first and investigated second.
Actions may include correction, pack removal, or removal of all content from a creator.
Resolved raw reports are deleted within 30 days.
7. Reconsideration
A creator or rights holder may request reconsideration at
me@nine20.net and include the pack
ID and supporting basis. We review the submitted information and the
current Guidelines, except where legal or security restrictions
prevent disclosure.
