지원 및 삭제 요청 · Support and Deletion Requests

앱 사용, 개인정보, 공개 준비팩, 저작권 또는 삭제 요청은 me@nine20.net으로 접수합니다.

1. 앱 사용 문의

메일 제목에 [여행문서함 지원]을 적고 운영체제, 앱 버전, 재현 단계와 오류 메시지를 보내 주세요. 개인 여행 문서, 여권번호, 예약번호, QR 코드 또는 비밀번호는 보내지 마세요.

2. 기기 내 데이터 삭제

여행·문서·체크리스트는 앱 안에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
차단한 작성자는 설정의 차단 목록에서 해제할 수 있습니다.
앱을 제거하면 앱 전용 로컬 데이터와 캐시가 삭제됩니다.

이 데이터는 개발자 서버에 저장되지 않으므로 개발자가 원격으로 열람하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다.

3. 커뮤니티 신고 삭제 요청

메일 제목에 [커뮤니티 신고 삭제]를 적고 다음 정보를 가능한 범위에서 보내 주세요.

선택했던 신고 사유

신고에는 사용자 계정이나 기기 식별자가 없어 위 정보로도 대상을 특정할 수 없는 경우가 있습니다. 해결된 신고 원본은 별도 요청이 없어도 30일 이내 삭제합니다.

4. 공개 콘텐츠 삭제·정정 요청

메일 제목에 [커뮤니티 콘텐츠 요청]을 적고 준비팩 ID, 문제가 되는 항목, 요청하는 조치와 근거를 보내 주세요. 개인정보 노출이나 즉각적인 위해 가능성이 있으면 그 사실을 제목과 첫 문장에 표시해 주세요.

5. 저작권·출처 통지

메일 제목에 [저작권 삭제 요청]을 적고 다음 정보를 보내 주세요.

문제가 되는 공개 준비팩 ID와 항목
보호받는 원저작물 또는 공식 출처
권리자 본인 또는 대리인임을 설명하는 최소한의 정보
연락 가능한 이메일과 요청하는 조치

신분증, 여권 또는 개인 여행 문서 원본은 보내지 마세요. 검토에 꼭 필요한 경우에만 추가 자료를 요청합니다.

6. 개인정보 열람·삭제 요청

메일 제목에 [개인정보 요청]을 적어 요청 범위와 대상을 알려 주세요. 앱은 계정을 운영하지 않으며 개인 여행 파일에 접근할 수 없습니다. Firebase 분석·진단 데이터는 사용자 신원을 별도로 연결하지 않으므로 특정 개인의 기록을 찾거나 삭제하는 데 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.

인앱 신고는 최소 주 1회 검토합니다. 이메일 문의는 사안의 긴급성, 권리 확인 필요성과 운영 여건에 따라 순서대로 검토합니다.

Send App, privacy, public-pack, copyright, or deletion requests to me@nine20.net.

1. App support

Use the subject [Trip Document Support] and include your OS, App version, reproduction steps, and error message. Do not send a private travel document, passport number, booking reference, QR code, or password.

2. Deleting on-device data

Delete trips, documents, and checklists in the App.
Unblock a creator from the blocked-creators list in Settings.
Uninstall the App to remove its private local data and cache.

This data is not stored on a Developer server, so the Developer cannot inspect or delete it remotely.

3. Community report deletion

Use the subject [Community Report Deletion] and provide, where possible:

The public pack title or ID.
The approximate date and time of the report.
The reason you selected.

Reports contain no user account or device identifier, so a matching record may not be identifiable from this information. Resolved raw reports are deleted within 30 days even without a separate request.

4. Public content removal or correction

Use the subject [Community Content Request] and include the pack ID, the affected item, the requested action, and the basis. Put likely personal-data exposure or immediate harm in the subject and first sentence.

5. Copyright or attribution notice

Use the subject [Copyright Removal Request] and include:

The affected public pack ID and item.
The protected original work or authoritative source.
Minimum information explaining that you are the rights holder or authorized representative.
A contact email and the requested action.

Do not send an identity document, passport, or private travel document. We request additional evidence only when reasonably needed.

6. Privacy access or deletion request

Use the subject [Privacy Request] and identify the scope and record involved. The App has no account and the Developer cannot access private trip files. Firebase analytics and diagnostic data is not separately linked by the Developer to your identity, so locating or deleting an individual record may be limited.

In-App reports are reviewed at least weekly. Email requests are reviewed according to urgency, rights-verification needs, and available operations capacity.
